SPAY VIRGINIA is a program of the Virginia Federation of Humane Societies that brings together private and municipal shelters, rescue groups, local governments and veterinarians to develop regional plans to ensure there are spay/neuter services available to those of limited means.

Spay Virginia has programs operating throughout Virginia that are providing transport to low-cost spay/neuter clinics and funding to low-income dog and cat owners for spay/neuter surgeries.

This van is retrofitted with stainless steel cages and is equipped with a separate rear climate control unit.
