Muffin's Pet Connection Low Cost Spay and Neuter Certificate Program

Muffin's Pet Connection, is a low cost spay and neuter certificate program, with 81 participating vets in New York City - coverage is city-wide including Long Island and Westchester. They have sold over 30,000 certificates since 1988.

Spay and Neuter Fees Are:

Male: $42* Male: $28
Female: $62* Female: $41

Each certificate includes: examination, surgery, anesthesia and stitch removal if necessary. Shots are mandatory. Vaccines and antibiotics are not included with the certificate. *There may be additional fee for dogs over 30lbs for more anesthesia, retained testicles, pets over 5 years old, blood test, female cats/dogs in heat (estrus) or pregnant, teeth cleaning, ear mites or any other medical procedure not related to the spay/neuter surgery. Additional fees are paid directly to the vet.

Certificates are mailed the same day payment is received. When a client receives the certificate, they call a vet from Muffin's vet list and mention that they have a Muffin's certificate. The certificate is brought with the client to the vet on the day of surgery.
